The Valentine Foundation has established a fund to support leadership training for women working in non-profit organizations serving women and girls in the Greater Philadelphia region. A committee of diverse women is spearheading the Campaign for Visionary Leadership that will raise $500,000 in an eighteen-month initiative. The goal of the fund is to make the current executives more effective, develop the next generation of leaders and to create a community of women leaders.
